The RajabRacing Developments VL Turbo down pipe is of cast iron construction and is both designed and fully manufactured right here in Melbourne, Australia.<br />
Part number (RRD-RB30-TEDP-2024)</p>
<p>It uniquely features the ability to bolt directly onto most mid frame turbo chargers with a V/Band clamp which will suit all Garrett GT30/GT35/G30/G35 range turbo chargers and alike, allowing you to be able to bolt directly onto it the factory exhaust 3 bolt flange. We have also added the ability to fit a M18 wideband sensor directly to the down pipe for tuning and monitoring purposes. Engine to cathartic converter exhast pipe will also accommodate all 3 inch replacement exhaust systems, which in turn will reduce the costs of turbo upgrades.<br />
The cast down pipe starts off a 73mm and transitions to 75mm internal diameter.</p>
<p><strong>How can it reduce costs?</strong><br />
These turbo down pipes can be used with the RRD RB30 race exhaust manifold or with the STD factory exhaust manifold.</p>
<ol>
<li>Once the turbo has been installed, usually the vehicle will have to be transported to an exhaust shop and usually via a tow truck. An average tow truck cost to and from the exhaust shop will be about $400.</li>
<li> Once at the exhaust shop, the fabrication of the exhaust down pipe will usually cost approximately $450-$500. Therefore, the average cost will be about $850-$900.<br />
Our cast down pipe will retail at $385 plus GST, and the job can be completed by yourself and without transporting anywhere.</li>
