RajabRacing Developments is pleased to announce the releasToyota 2JZ intake plenum to suit the 2JZGTE engine.The intake plenum is a direct bolt on to the factory Toyota lower runner and we have the ability with the RajabRacing developments intake plenum to be able to use the full length injectors not only the short option.
The design of these intake plenum have been designed, casted and machined in Melbourne Australia for the best quality control possible. These intake plenums have been designed and developed to even air flow in the runner length to the cylinder head, to maximise air flow to the combustion chamber and to have the ability to have the engine produce a very high torque increase in comparison to the cheap short runner intake manifolds on the market today. On the superflow flow bench, the results were as expected from the technology we have put in as a back to back, in comparison to the cheap short runner intakes. Based on the intake plenums we have been designing for the past 20 years, the results will speak for themselves just by bolting them on after changing from a short runner. The increase in air flow will reduce turbo lag and aid in engine and turbo response.
These will be an excellent upgrade for both street and race applications. Constructed from cast aluminium and heat treated for optimum strength and durability then CNC machined for precise fitment, they will be available to be used with a 74mm throttle body. The RajabRacing Developments Toyota 2JZ intake plenum also have integrated the option to fit 6x additional fuel injectors into the runner stream, for staged / secondary injection options.

We have added 5 x 1/8 NPT pre drill and tap to suit for map sensor/brake booster/fuel pressure regulator/boost gauge/and more.
